Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive tracking information via email once your gear ships.

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain restricted Asian and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our outdoor gear as firmly as you stand behind your hunting rifle or fishing rod. If your purchase doesn’t meet your adventure needs, we’ll make it right.

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact
  • Process Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, these items cannot be returned:

  • All types of ammunition
  • Air Guns & BB Guns (due to regulatory restrictions)
  • Opened containers of camping fuel, attractants, or bait
  • Personalized or custom-ordered items

3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Request Authorization

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer refund or exchange

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items securely (like you’d pack fragile camping gear)
  2. Include:
    • Original packaging
    • All accessories/manuals
    • Copy of your return authorization email
  3. Ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 3: Receive Resolution

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)

You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Exchange Policy

Prefer different gear? We’ll gladly exchange most items within 15 days for:

  • Different size/color (if available)
  • Alternative product of equal value
  • Store credit for future adventures

Follow the same return process, noting your exchange preference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your camping furniture arrived scratched or you received archery products instead of boat accessories:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the issue
  3. We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian/remote regions):

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs documentation must clearly mark as “Returned Goods”
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
