Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as properly packed ammunition is to a marksman.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, these items cannot be returned:
- Ammunition (all types)
- Air Guns & BB Guns (due to regulatory restrictions)
- Opened containers of camping fuel, attractants, or bait
- Personalized or custom-ordered items

Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, repackage items securely (like you’d pack fragile camping gear) and include:
- Original packaging
- All accessories/manuals
- Copy of your return authorization email

Step 3: Receive Resolution
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping if eligible)

Exchange Policy
Prefer different gear? We’ll gladly exchange most items within 15 days for:
- Different size/color (if available)
- Alternative product of equal value
- Store credit for future adventures
Follow the same return process, noting your exchange preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your camping furniture arrived scratched or you received archery products instead of boat accessories:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedite your replacement
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs documentation must clearly mark as “Returned Goods”
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
